PILATES FOR YOUNG ATHLETES, AGES 10+
Specifically geared towards dancers and young athletes with 2+ years of experience in any recreational or competitive setting who are looking to improve their performance by building core strength, flexibility, and balance, improve postural alignment and gain body awareness.
