PILATES FOR TEENS
Ages 13-18: 3:45pm-4:30pm
Open to all fitness levels. Perfect for teens who have expressed an interest or curiosity in pilates, as well as those teens wishing to gain body awareness, improve postural alignment, strengthen core muscles, or improve balance and flexibility.

(Class dates: 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28. Please note that make-up sessions will not be offered.)

WEDNESDAYS with Mikaela Papasodero
(LOCATION: PATH STUDIO/40 HUDSON PLACE)

PILATES FOR YOUNG ATHLETES
Ages 10-12: 3:20pm-4:05pm (45 min)
Ages 13+: 4:10pm-4:55pm (45 min)
Specifically geared towards young athletes with 2+ years experience in any recreational or competitive sport who are looking to develop core strength, improve flexibility and balance, improve postural alignment and learn body awareness and alignment.

(Class dates: 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29). Please note that make-up sessions will not be offered.)
